What we do

Feed the Babies Fund focusses on Early Childhood Development and specifically training, nutrition and building the institutional capacity of crèches. Our achievements for 2016 were:· Training of 240 caregivers in various courses. Feeding an average of 7 400 children daily with cereal. Conducting 730 visits to crèches throughout the year. Renovating 5 crèches and providing 2 crèches with new premises. Providing crèches with approximately 620 plastic chairs and 115 tables,125 educational posters, 30 bags of toys and at least 20 bags of clothing. Feed the Babies Fund supports some 200 crèches in Kwazulu-Natal, providing training to 500 caregivers and feeding over 6500 children daily
